Bashar then recommends then ones our team find worthy of your employment to you, so that you can contact the carefully selected potential candidates and a handful potential candidates can contact you, to take this forward.

A: If a domestic worker is unavailable on your requested date, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. We have a large pool of qualified domestic workers, and we’re confident that we can find the right match for your needs.
A: Bashar serves as a job advertising platform. Customer is responsible and should take care of their valuable assets/ belongings such as cash and ornaments etc. Bashar does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or harm caused by the suggested and/or deployed resource.
Without exception, no one can take a guarantee of any person’s future actions, not even if he/she is your own son or a daughter.
A: Bashar is a social initiative started with the sole purpose of connecting right people with the right jobs.
Bashar does not take any commission from the domestic worker’s salary, or any percentage at all. Bashar is the only organisation in Pakistan working for domestic workers with the goal of creating employments. However, to cover it’s operations cost, Bashar charges one month salary of the domestic worker and provides up to three Free Replacements, up to three months, whichever comes first. There are no hidden charges and no further charges.
Having said that, since the worker you hire will be your employee, so all future salaries are to be paid to the selected worker directly.
